Leo Anzoleaga, a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, is a Senior Vice President of Residential Lending at NEO Home Loans. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children. Throughout the past two decades, Leo has built his successful mortgage business through relationships, strategy, and execution. Born in the countryside of Guatemala in the small town of La Palma, Dinora Chacon learned from an early age the values of generosity, determination and an entrepreneurial spirit. She thought she’d land in a courtroom one day, defending those who were caught up in political corruption and couldn’t afford representation, but instead found herself growing up more than 3,000 miles away in Fairfax after her family sought political asylum in 1994. Arriving without any knowledge of English and only the luggage they could carry, Dinora, the eldest of five daughters, attended Jackson Middle School and Chantilly High School.
